We do not validate the driver’s licence number for records ordered online. Make sure you enter a valid driver’s licence number. You will be charged even if no record is found.

This service is not intended for multiple bulk orders. If you are purchasing bulk orders, for example 100 or more records per order, contact the Ministry of Transportation’s Authorized Requester Program at ARIS@ontario.ca.

If you need to order a certified 3-year record online, visit the Ministry of Transportation website and follow the instructions. Your order will be processed within 15 business days and then sent by regular mail via Canada Post.
